About Aggies Bags

Aggies Bags is a website for $10 bags filled with pre-loved, cared-for items. Bags may include accessories, clothing extras, books, stationery, small home items, craft supplies, kids’ items, seasonal items, mixed finds, and other approved items.

Each bag is intended to be clearly shown before purchase. Aggies Bags is not intended to be a mystery junk bag site. The goal is to offer cute, useful, cared-for finds that still have life left in them.

Using This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm Aggies Bags, other users, customers, sellers, submitters, or the website itself.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to interfere with the website, submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt unauthorized access, or use the website for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

Shopping on Aggies Bags

Each Aggies Bag is unique and may include pre-loved items. Before purchasing, please review the listing photos, description, condition notes, category, and any other available details.

Because items may be pre-loved, minor signs of normal use may be present unless otherwise stated. We do our best to describe bags clearly, but colors, textures, and item appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screens, and photography.

By purchasing a bag, you understand that you are buying the specific bag shown or described in the listing, subject to the details provided.

Pricing

Every Aggies Bag is listed for $10 unless otherwise clearly stated due to a special promotion, discount, test, error correction, or other approved reason.

Shipping, taxes, payment processing fees, or other applicable charges may be added at checkout.

Orders and Payment

Orders must be paid through the payment options available at checkout. Payment may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments, or another payment processor.

Aggies Bags does not directly store your full credit card information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if there is a pricing error, inventory issue, suspected fraud, website error, payment problem, shipping issue, or other concern.

Shipping

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the bag, destination, shipping provider, and current setup of the website.

Once a package is transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery timing may be affected by the carrier, weather, address issues, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Because Aggies Bags are unique, low-cost, pre-loved item bundles, returns may be limited.

Refunds, returns, credits, or replacements may be handled at the discretion of Aggies Bags based on the situation, product condition, listing details, shipping status, and any applicable laws.

Submitting a Bag

If you submit a bag for review, you agree that all information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Submitting a bag does not guarantee approval, listing, sale, payment, swap credit, or any other result.

Aggies Bags may review, accept, reject, edit, delay, remove, or decline any submission for any reason, including quality concerns, incomplete information, unsuitable items, unclear photos, safety concerns, or mismatch with the Aggies Bags standard.

The Aggies Standard

Submitted bags should include items that are clean, cared-for, gently used or like new, clearly shown in photos, and something you would feel comfortable giving to a friend.

Items should be useful, wearable, giftable, cute, fun, or otherwise worth passing along.

If you would not give it to a friend, it probably does not belong in an Aggies Bag.

Items That Are Not Allowed

Please do not submit or include items that are broken, dirty, rusty, heavily worn, stained, unsafe, expired, recalled, counterfeit, or unpleasant to receive.

Do not include used makeup, opened personal-care products, used undergarments, used socks, used swimwear, chipped dishes, unsafe items, weapons, hazardous materials, illegal items, or anything that may violate applicable laws or platform rules.

Aggies Bags reserves the right to reject or remove any bag or item that does not fit the site’s standards.

Photos and Content You Submit

When you upload photos, descriptions, item lists, notes, or other content to Aggies Bags, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content.

You give Aggies Bags permission to use submitted photos and descriptions for reviewing your bag, creating product listings, promoting approved bags, operating the website, and communicating about the submission.

Please do not upload photos that include private personal information, faces of children, addresses, financial documents, or anything you do not want reviewed or potentially displayed if the bag is approved.

Seller and Submitter Responsibilities

If you submit a bag, you are responsible for the accuracy of the item descriptions, condition notes, photos, and any claims made about the items.

You agree not to submit stolen items, counterfeit items, unsafe items, recalled items, illegal items, or items you do not have the right to sell or pass along.

You also agree to respond honestly if Aggies Bags contacts you for more information about your submission.

Future Swap Features

Aggies Bags may offer swap-related features in the future. Any swap feature may have its own additional rules, approval process, timing, shipping requirements, quality standards, and credit policies.

Submitting a bag now does not guarantee participation in any future swap program.

Accounts

If accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update your information when necessary.

Aggies Bags may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, inactive, harmful, or in violation of these terms.

Website Content

All website design, branding, text, graphics, images, logos, page layouts, and other content created by Aggies Bags are owned by Aggies Bags or used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, scrape, or misuse website content without written permission.

Each bag is unique and available only while supplies last. Adding a bag to your cart does not guarantee purchase until checkout is completed and the order is confirmed.

We may update, remove, correct, or change listings at any time.
